FAQ's

Shipping times are listed within the description of each item on our website.  Most in-stock orders ship within 3 business days.  Pre-orders have specified dates listed.

Free standard shipping is available with all regularly priced orders over $39.

 

All sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible.  Please be sure to check out the measurements listed within the description of each item prior to purchasing.  Measurement allowance of +/- 0.5" for all items.

All orders ship through the USPS, via First Class.  First Class shipments are generally delivered within 2-5 business days once shipped. Should you need your order to arrive more quickly, please select the Priority Shipping option during checkout.  If in stock, we ship priority items within 1-2 business days.   Priority shipping applies once your order has left our warehouse, and delivery is within 2-3 business days.  

Your order will typically arrive in one package, if all items are in-stock.  If you have purchased an in-stock item and pre-order item(s), all items will ship in one shipment- at the pre-order items specified date listed within the description of the item.  If you would like the in-stock item to ship first, please complete separate transactions.

Monogrammed items ship within 10 business days unless otherwise stated.  If you have purchased an in-stock monogrammed item(s) and in- stock non mongrammed item(s), all items will ship in one shipment.  If you need the non-monogrammed items first, please complete separate transactions.

We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses!

Once items have been fulfilled and shipped by us, it is the responsibility of the USPS to get your items to you on time. In the rare occasion that your package is not tracking or missing, we suggest contacting your local post office or reaching out to your local postmaster as the first point of contact. Once an order is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.  Please do not hesitate to message us, as we are always happy to help.
